Hereafter unveiling its bold “Daring, Dramatic, Fearless” design reboot just a month ago, the highly-anticipated Jaguar electric GT has finally arrived on the scene. Nicely, kind of.

As Jaguar embarks on a transformative journey, the brand is poised to revolutionize its iconic models with an all-electric makeover. Long-established British automaker embarks on an electrifying journey, unveiling a premium range of ultra-luxurious models boasting price tags exceeding £100,000 ($130,000)

We gained an exclusive glimpse at the corporation’s revamped identity in November, following Jag’s early reveal of its newly “reimagined” logo and brand aesthetic.

The automaker provided a glimpse into its forthcoming electric vehicle, showcasing a radically distinct design departure from traditional Jaguar models. The all-electric GT boasts a sleek, 4-door design that deviates from traditional crossovers and sedans, echoing the styling cues of the F-Tempo and F-Sort with its low-slung stance, extended silhouette, and prominent, angular wheel arches.

Following the release of a teaser featuring the tagline “Copy Nothing” on social media last month, Jaguar faced criticism from certain quarters. Several companies beyond traditional automobile manufacturers, including luxury competitor Lucid Motors, expressed enthusiasm.

The highly anticipated brand-new electric vehicle (EV) will officially make its global debut tomorrow, December 2, during Miami Art Week. Despite the recent leak of new photographs online, we’re now getting an early glimpse at Jaguar’s groundbreaking new electric GT.

The company has announced that the development of the platform, initially scheduled for 2025, will be delayed by at least two years due to ongoing issues with software integration. As a result, Volkswagen will cut approximately 7,000 jobs across the group in an effort to reduce costs and focus on more profitable areas of its business.

The photographs leaked online fully expose Jaguar’s forthcoming luxurious electric Grand Tourer. Unlike the Polestar 4, Jaguar’s latest electric vehicle omits the rear window in a bid to further streamline its design and reduce weight. The corporation may opt for a digital mirror as an alternative.

The all-new Jaguar GT embodies its “daring types” and “exuberant proportions” with a bold statement in the luxury electric vehicle market, boasting a price tag of over $130,000 that puts it in direct competition with high-end rivals like the Lucid Air, Tesla Model S, and Porsche Taycan.

Three new luxury electric vehicles are slated to debut on the market starting from 2026, with this model serving as the lead-in product. Building upon Jaguar’s innovative JAE platform, the all-new electric GT is poised to become the brand’s most powerful vehicle yet, boasting a projected output of up to 575 horsepower and an impressive estimated range of more than 434 miles (700 km).

Jaguar faces criticism after unveiling its latest electric car concept, the Sort 00.

Jaguar’s latest design direction is characterized by a more fluid and sensual aesthetic, featuring curved lines, swooping shapes, and an emphasis on precision-cut surfaces that evoke the brand’s heritage of sleek, high-performance vehicles. The upstart’s electric vehicles are poised to give Tesla and Lucid a run for their money, boasting sleek designs, impressive ranges, and cutting-edge tech. With its innovative approach to sustainability, the newcomer is set to disrupt the status quo in the luxury EV segment. Will it succeed where others have failed? By 2026, Jaguar will likely have ample opportunities to catch up with its peers in terms of production and sales. Tell us your ideas within the feedback under.
