In November, Chinese language automotive industry players reveal their October sales figures, providing insight into market trends. The term “new powers within the automotive industry,” as coined by Chinese media outlets, describes a shift towards rising manufacturers focused on producing new energy vehicles (NEVs), differentiating themselves from traditional companies that primarily concentrated on internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. The rankings are under:

Li Auto

At the time of writing, Li Auto led the pack, reporting more than 50,000 vehicle deliveries in October, representing a significant 27.3% year-over-year increase? By October, Li Auto had delivered 393,255 vehicles, exceeding its total sales for all of 2023.

Aito M7
New Aito M7

Since launching its initial model on the market, HIMA (Concord Clever Mobility Alliance) has surpassed a cumulative total of over 500,000 units supplied within just 32 months. In October, HIMA’s primary source of revenue was from Aito, which supplied a total of 34,526 units. Here are the results of 16,004 vehicles from the Aito M9, along with the outcome of 15,836 vehicles from the Aito M7, specifically highlighting these figures in the specifications provided. For nine consecutive months, the Aito M9 has dominated monthly sales figures in the Chinese market, consistently topping charts for fashion products priced above 500,000 yuan (approximately $70,200 USD). Since its inception a year ago, the Aito M9 has witnessed a remarkable surge in demand, with cumulative orders now exceeding 160,000 units.
