Jaguar’s inaugural all-electric vehicle, the I-PACE, has garnered a coveted 5-star safety rating from European New Car Assessment Programme (Euro NCAP), underscoring its commitment to exceptional performance and protection on the road.
As the electric SUV gradually gains traction, its rollout is unfolding in select markets as production volumes increase.
While the testing process was underway, Euro NCAP was provided with two test samples of the SUV to thoroughly examine its performance in crash scenarios.
The company has announced that its Jaguar I-PACE electric vehicle has earned a coveted 5-star safety rating.
The vehicle achieved excellent safety ratings across all critical physical zones, garnering top marks in both side barrier impact testing and the more rigorous side pole test.
The electric SUV achieved a commendable score of 91% for adult occupant safety, 81% for child occupant safety, 73% for vulnerable road users, and 81% for crash avoidance assistance, according to Euro NCAP’s rigorous testing protocols.

While security is our top priority, it’s challenging to reconcile this stance with the Euro NCAP results.
