Let’s not get ahead of ourselves; a restaurant racers with a sidecar is an unconventional combination, to say the least. However actually, who cares. Here is the rewritten text:

Tom Gilroy, founder of Australia’s Objective Constructed Moto, has crafted a truly exceptional creation that is sure to captivate your attention and leave you smitten.

Built on the foundation of a Triumph 865 Scrambler platform, this innovative sidecar café racer boasts vibrant mural artistry. Tom built the custom bike for Vittoria Espresso and the Sandbar café in Surfers Paradise to serve as a mobile promotional vehicle. The company’s innovative approach involves wearing a sidecar to transport chilled espresso products to specific events.

Originally a 2009 Scrambler, the bike underwent extensive modifications to transform its appearance and performance. The options include bespoke suspension, a newly designed subframe, 17-inch wheels fitted with the largest tyres that can be accommodated by the vehicle’s body, as well as an entirely new electrical system. With meticulous attention to detail, Tom incorporated the aerodynamic fairing from a 2016 Thruxton, complemented by clip-on bars and rear units, as well as designing and crafting his own custom exhaust system.

The sidecar is a highly bespoke creation, boasting nearly complete customization. Designed to stand out, this innovative product features a built-in drink cooler and a personal headlight, truly setting it apart from the rest. Despite its unique character, the bike’s adaptability lies in being easily added to or removed from its cafe racer configuration, making it a feasible option for riders who want to experience two distinct styles.
