As soon as I first spotted the Fucare’s launch earlier this summer, I had to have it – there was no question in my mind that I needed to get my hands on one.
After a long and arduous summer, I finally acquired my new vehicle and began putting the pedal to the metal, eager to experience its ride quality firsthand.

Standing is so 2021. Today, sitting has become the place to be.
Regardless of how you choose to get there, you’ll arrive in comfort and style. Your ankles aren’t vibrating. Your knees aren’t getting drained. By deliberately placing each toe on the ground when necessary, you can achieve a sense of low-speed stability. Seated scooters offer numerous advantages that make them a compelling choice for many individuals.
Although a potential drawback exists, it lies in the fact that such modifications often prove clumsy and comical attempts, as seating is typically an afterthought in initial designs. The Fucare HU3 Professional was deliberately crafted for both aesthetics and functionality, boasting a sleek design that complements its impressive performance capabilities, regardless of whether it’s used with a seat installed.
The folding mechanism is positioned higher up on the stem, allowing the handlebars to fold in sync with the seat, thereby utilizing valuable vertical real estate effectively. Even with its compact design, this scooter may still fold up to fit into a car trunk or rear seat.
At a prime velocity of 20 mph (32 km/h), a balance is struck between expedient commutes at higher speeds and the safety of a pace that won’t prove fatal in a lightweight vehicle. While the ten-inch tires do appear quite large compared to those of many electric scooters, their size doesn’t necessarily imply a higher top speed; in fact, the 20-mph limit seems sufficient for most practical applications. If I don’t get a decent head start, I’m uncertain whether I’ll truly feel at ease.
Don’t get me wrong – the drum brake has a reassuring solidity to it. I’m skeptical about whether this message needs improvement. This sort of trek isn’t designed for speedy commutes by car. That’s all a couple of small and convenient kinds of issues that are quick to handle. Twenty miles per hour does feel quite brisk enough. For a mere $799, how rapidly do you expect it to perform?
With its powerful 576Wh battery and moderate 20mph speed, this e-bike provides an impressive range of approximately 40 miles (64km). This vehicle isn’t designed for extended journeys – its limitations are clear. What a convenient location for hopping onto campus or zipping straight down to the nearby coffee shop! Given the average usage patterns of most users, I suspect that the battery life of the Fucare HU3 Professional lasts around one to two weeks longer than expected when used in an urban setting.
In suburban settings, the device’s battery life allows for at least two days of use before needing a recharge.
I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful details such as the padded seat, discreet LED lighting at both the front and rear, the clever integrated bell on the brake levers, and the practical bag clip that allows for secure attachment of your grocery bag, gym bag, purse, or any other item to the handlebars in the middle.
Individuals familiar with suspending heavy bags from their handlebars recognize that when the weight whips around at a rapid pace, the bars can become notoriously difficult to manage. In a small-wheeled vehicle, the worst possible feature is unpredictable and jerky steering caused by imbalanced handlebar weights, making it difficult to maintain control on the road. The addition of the bag clip adds a thoughtful touch to the product’s overall value proposition.
I’m particularly fond of how the vehicle incorporates a reliable drum brake configuration. Certain, it’s older tech. However, it works nicely and also doesn’t require adjustment like a disc brake does. When used both moist and dry, this material performs just as well.
Two-wheel braking could potentially provide an even shorter stopping distance; yet, in my experience, the existing setup offered ample braking power. The perpetual risk exists that excessive front-wheel braking will cause a sudden loss of traction, precipitating a potentially catastrophic tip-over incident in these inherently unstable electric scooters with their short wheelbases? The rear brake setup of the Fucare HU3 Professional could prove to be a shrewd alternative for certain applications.
I’ve got my own grievances as well. Despite its enormous size, the LCD display is notoriously difficult to view in bright sunlight. The distinction simply isn’t excellent.
The chances of success can be remarkably low. When I wear my sneakers, they come unglued on both sides after I’ve taken them for a trip. While it’s not a significant challenge, I still manage to load the majority of my luggage onto the plane, even though it’s not the most practical way to travel around. Had a larger deck been available, the issue would likely have been mitigated, albeit at the cost of increased weight and potential strain on the vessel’s overall structure.
One attention-grabbing market for seated electrical scooters catering to individuals with mobility issues is the potential. I’ve acquired a close acquaintance who, having undertaken several more excursions around our celestial neighborhood than myself, remains utterly enthralled by his electric bicycles. Despite this, he often finds himself facing a daunting reality once he’s navigated the initial hip replacement surgery, only to be confronted with the need to revise the other side soon after. After testing the Fucare HU3 Professional, he found himself enamored with its effortless usability, effortlessly slipping on and off, and the remarkable ability to adjust his toes just a few inches from the floor’s edge. This innovative transportation option is decidedly more enjoyable to use than traditional mobility scooters, with a significant reduction in bulk making it far less cumbersome.
While I do have some minor reservations about the design’s various aspects, overall I am quite satisfied.
The FuCare HU3 Professional scooter accelerates quickly, boasts eco-friendly credentials, and provides a thrilling ride experience. This versatile piece of furniture gets me where I need to go, requires minimal space when not in use, and allows me to indulge in relaxation.
