XPeng AeroHT aims to generate buzz around its modular flying car concept by showcasing it at one of the world’s biggest and most prestigious digital events, a top-tier exhibition that sets the industry abuzz. The core component of Xpeng’s Land Plane Provider system is the “Mothership,” a massive, three-axle vehicle measuring 17 feet long, 6.6 feet wide, and 6.6 feet tall. This significant innovation is a long-range electric vehicle (EREV). The vehicle’s powertrain utilises an internal combustion engine (ICE) beneath its bonnet, operating in a manner akin to a dynamo. It solely powers the battery and electric motors without sending torque to the wheels? The Xpeng Land Plane Provider’s combined vary now reaches an impressive 1,000 kilometers.

The aircraft carrier’s hangar bay conceals the planes housed within the Land Plane Provider. With the simple press of a single button. It covers 5-6 flights at full capacity. The Mothership’s charging capabilities allow it to deplete the plane’s battery from 30 to 80 percent in just 18 minutes, facilitated by its powerful 800V high-voltage system. The airplane accommodates two passengers comfortably within its cabin. It also enables two distinct flying modes: guided and automated. At the Zhuhai Airshow in November, the LAC’s unmanned aircraft made its inaugural public appearance with a successful flight.
