I recently purchased an electric bike that I no longer have a desire to utilize, nor do I anticipate needing it in the future.

I recently acquired an electric bicycle that I regret purchasing and have no intention of ever using. However this isn’t about me. The concern is centered on the organization responsible for manufacturing bicycles. On this Giving Tuesday, Lectric eBikes is setting a precedent not just within its industry, but also in modern capitalism by launching a philanthropic program that embodies the very essence of its values.

Lectric eBikes boasts a well-established tradition of philanthropy, seamlessly integrating it into its corporate DNA. After achieving success with a string of affordable and accessible e-bike models, the company dedicated a significant portion of its annual revenue to philanthropic efforts, donating hundreds of thousands of dollars and providing hundreds more in free e-bikes to deserving organizations and individuals.

In its final year, Lectric Ebikes contributed an impressive US $2.5 million to support numerous charitable causes.

Each year, as the vacation season approaches, the company initiates a fresh wave of charitable giving on Giving Tuesday, a global initiative that takes place on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, inspiring individuals to make a positive impact through donations, volunteerism, and spontaneous acts of kindness.

In past years, the corporation has allocated substantial sums of money – hundreds of dollars per employee – to enable staff members to contribute to charitable initiatives that resonate with them personally.

Lectric eBikes has teamed up with its network of test riders and content creators in a fresh spin on the traditional mannequin, aiming to amplify the giving message this year. The e-bike manufacturer is investing $250,000 in a national initiative that pairs with content creators to support charities closest to their hearts, pledging donations ranging from $5,000 to a set of five e-bikes for each participating organization.

“As we speak with our community of riders worldwide, CEO Levi Conlow emphasizes that ‘what matters most to you matters most to us’.” Specialists and enthusiasts alike revel in the benefits and thrills of electric transportation, as they enthusiastically devour informative content on video channels daily. “We’re thrilled to witness these initiatives making a positive impact on communities across the globe, while raising awareness for numerous pressing social issues.”

As part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, the Phoenix-headquartered e-bike manufacturer partners with several charitable organizations, including one of its longest-standing and most well-known beneficiaries, Arizonans for Kids. This non-profit organization develops innovative solutions to address the complex challenges faced by vulnerable children in foster care, striving to empower each child toward a more promising tomorrow.

That’s where you’re available. I am truly honored to have the opportunity to revisit this point and proudly declare that initially, I should emphasize my enthusiasm for being asked to collaborate with Lectric’s content partner initiative, as I selected a charity dedicated to rehabilitating survivors of terrorist attacks after witnessing first-hand the devastating impact of trauma on these individuals. In order to transcend mere financial investment in Lectric, I firmly believe that it’s crucial to take a proactive approach by putting my own reputation on the line. In light of Lectric’s generous promise to donate $250 to charity with every e-bike purchase made today, I have decided to buy an e-bike.

While it won’t be used by me, I’ll still donate it as part of my own philanthropic initiative, Ebikes For Good. For nearly 19 months, I’ve been running this program on my personal YouTube channel, where I give away one complimentary e-bike after each video is completed to someone in need of independent transportation but cannot afford an e-bike themselves?

Lectric eBikes’ remarkable philanthropic spirit inspires me to leverage available resources and platforms, empowering others to cultivate kindness in their unique way. I envision a dominant scenario. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed organizations such as Lectric to provide e-bikes to those in need, but I’ve also purchased several e-bikes for individuals I know who could greatly benefit from one, transforming their lives in significant ways. For numerous people, an e-bike can restore their freedom to navigate daily tasks, such as shopping for groceries, attending medical appointments, and rediscovering the joy of cycling, which can have a profound impact on their overall well-being.

There are many people struggling in today’s economy, and so the next message is intended specifically for those fortunate enough to have the means to read something of this nature. If you’ve been hesitant to invest in a brand-new e-bike, with massive discounts this season, consider seizing the opportunity to make a purchase that will not only enhance your daily commute but also support a worthy cause – simply by allocating $250 of your spend towards charitable initiatives at checkout.

As a respected authority in the e-bike industry, I take my role very seriously. Having thoroughly vetted, tested, and recommended several e-bikes that I believe offer excellent value for their performance and price, I’ve also taken the opportunity to call out a few that didn’t quite measure up. While it’s challenging to definitively assert that Lectric eBikes stands out as the absolute best, I’ve consistently regarded them as a top contender in the US e-bike market. For those seeking a reliable e-bike, a $4,000 option may seem appealing; however, a more budget-friendly alternative like a $999 e-bike capable of delivering 80% of the same performance can be a more sensible choice for individuals on a tighter budget, offering greater value overall.

The unparalleled standard of excellence in value delivery is truly exceptional here. When envisioning how I might support an organization, I believe that facilitating its success while also enabling it to help others in need would be the ultimate triumph according to my understanding.

I acquired an electric bicycle, which I don’t need or have the ability to utilize, purely due to its novelty value. I would never settle for mediocrity in any aspect of my life, let alone a romantic relationship.
