The all-new Toyota bZ3C is set to debut in early 2025, boasting an impressive electric range of up to 630 kilometers. The new Midsize SUV is touted as a landmark achievement for FAW Toyota, boasting intelligent driving dynamics and a sophisticated cabin design.

Although the new automobile debuted at the Beijing Auto Show earlier this year, it largely resembled the bZ Sport Crossover Concept displayed at the 2021 Shanghai Auto Show, with only slight refinements since its predecessor. The five-seat SUV measures 4780mm in length, 1866mm in width, and 1510mm in height, featuring a wheelbase of 2880mm.

The exterior design features eight distinct appearance options, courtesy of five unique colour choices, with three offering a striking two-tone configuration where the upper portion above the window line is finished in sleek black. The available colours for the vehicle are black, white, grey, orange, and purple. The interior of the automobile can be customized to feature a palette of purple, black, or white hues, although it’s essential to note that the primary color scheme extends only to the upholstery and inserts, with the dashboard and steering wheel remaining steadfastly black.

Vibrant hues to define your space: Outside & Inside Color Options

What’s your preferred palette? Let’s explore a range of colors to revitalize your home’s exterior and interior.

**Exterior Color Schemes**

1. Earthy tones – Rich browns, warm beiges, or mossy greens harmonize with nature.
2. Bold statements – Vibrant reds, electric blues, or sunshine yellows make a lasting impression.
3. Soft pastels – Delicate pinks, baby blues, or mint greens bring serenity.

**Interior Color Inspirations**

1. Calming retreats – Creamy whites, soothing grays, or gentle blues promote relaxation.
2. Bold accents – Rich jewel tones like emerald green, navy blue, or fiery orange add excitement.
3. Natural wonders – Earthy hues like sage green, sandy beige, or driftwood gray bring the outdoors in.

Which colors will you choose to define your space?

At the heart of the vehicle’s interior lies a prominent 15.6-inch infotainment touchscreen, seamlessly integrating more than 200 available third-party applications for enhanced user experience. The vehicle boasts the most advanced primary driver and occupant monitoring system in its category. The cutting-edge infotainment system boasts advanced features like AI-powered facial recognition, seamless video conferencing capabilities while on-the-go, personalized notifications regarding family matters, and intuitive controls via gestures or vocal commands, all seamlessly integrated with a sophisticated AI digital assistant. With numerous controls situated at your fingertips, the steering wheel appears to be a hub of activity. The absence of a prominent instrument cluster near the windshield suggests that the Toyota bZ4X does not feature a head-up display, instead relying on the standard gauge cluster for driver information.

The entrance seats can convert to a fully flat position, seamlessly extending into the second row to form a cozy sleeping space. The trunk area measures a modest 463 litres, allegedly capable of housing four standard-sized 24-inch suitcases.

A Lidar sensor atop the windshield enables the vehicle to initiate advanced autonomous driving capabilities. The concept is centered around a sophisticated, end-to-end autonomous model, enabling the vehicle to seamlessly navigate both urban smart driving scenarios and high-speed applications, while also accommodating precise parking maneuvers.

Because of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s (MIIT) recent disclosure of data in September, it is widely known that the automobile utilizes a TZ200XS003 200 kW electric motor. The battery’s energy is sourced from BYD’s subsidiary FinDreams, utilizing their innovative lithium-ion phosphate blade battery technology. The current capacity levels remain unclear. Despite these differences, the two variants will still feature distinct ranges: 550 km for one and 630 km for the other, as confirmed by the CLTC testing protocol.

The FAW-Toyota joint venture, a legacy collaboration in China, faces challenges to maintain its significance. The BZ3C exudes an air of aggression, making it a fitting upgrade for the JV, whose unique design will surely benefit from this boost.
