Hyundai’s new Ioniq EV Crossover isn’t just another electric vehicle to cruise around the city with. Built with a purpose beyond just showing up to work and clocking out. The all-new Hyundai Ioniq EV Crossover, boasting a rugged design, enhanced features, and an impressive electric range of over 220 miles (360 km), is the perfect companion for tackling your “mini-adventures.”
Following its debut at the Busan Global Mobility Show in June, Hyundai’s innovative Inster EV, also known as the Casper Electric in Korea, generated significant buzz and stole the spotlight.
Hyundai asserts that despite its compact size – measuring just 3,825mm in length, slightly smaller than the Chevy Bolt EV at 4,145mm – the Inster EV holds great promise for accelerating the mainstream adoption of electric vehicles.
Hyundai kicked off pre-orders for its latest model in South Korea this summer, with a starting price tag of around $23,000 or 31.5 million Korean won. Hyundai’s subcompact electric vehicle may become an attractive option for buyers with its proposed pricing of under $15,000, a significant incentive of approximately 20 million units.
Equipped with a 49-kilowatt-hour battery, the electric metropolitan vehicle is capable of achieving up to 195 miles (315 kilometers) of range on a single charge in South Korea. In Europe, the Ineos Grenadier EV’s official range is certified at up to 221 miles (355 km) by the WLTP standard. Hyundai’s Kona Electric starts at around $30,000 (£23,500) in Europe, making it one of the most affordably priced electric options.
What’s the thrill of exploring uncharted territories?
