After a lengthy stay of approximately five months in the hospital, I struggled to regain my ability to walk with ease. As I’ve recently accumulated a significant amount of metal in my body, I’m finding it increasingly difficult to flex my neck or perform even the simplest physical actions – like throwing a leg over a motorcycle – due to the substantial presence of metal in that limb.
Despite possibly no longer being able to ride, my affection for cycling remains unwavering.
With an illustrator as our collaborator, my partner would produce a cocktail napkin, and we’d spend around two hours parked at a bar, where I’d engage in conversation while he’d sketch away.
Plenty of nickel plating existed, indeed. Haha…
Made some minor adjustments to the original text, without significantly impacting its overall content or significance. We likely made some adjustments to the bike’s positioning once more – despite all that, a crucial consideration for any motorcycle remains its initial setup.
