Toyota unveiled its innovative range of mid-size and compact MPVs in the UK market, highlighting the energised driving experience offered by these versatile vehicles.

Toyota has significantly enhanced its electric van lineup by introducing a more substantial battery pack, additional features, and a strikingly modern redesign. Newly released electric individual mobility devices hit the market this week, ahead of their scheduled arrival in September.

The larger Proace Verso is now available in the UK for the first time, boasting an upgraded 75 kWh battery, a significant increase from its previous 50 kWh capacity. This upgraded battery enables the Proace Verso to extend its WLTP range to a maximum of 214 miles, a notable improvement over the original’s 143-mile capacity.

Meanwhile, the faster charging capabilities of the 50-kilowatt-hour battery enable rapid refuelling from 10% to 80% capacity in a mere 45 minutes – an impressive 15-minute reduction compared to its predecessor.

The Toyota Proace Verso, a versatile and practical offering from the Japanese automaker, is available in two distinct lengths: L1, measuring 4,983 millimeters, and L2, which stretches to an impressive 5,333 millimeters. The L1 mannequin, offered in Icon and Design trims, provides a single-entry seating arrangement with one seat upfront and three additional seats spread across the second and third rows.
