Bosch’s potential in the e-bike market just got exponentially bigger, thanks to an ambitious e-bike manufacturer that has taken their innovation to the next level. As a direct consequence of DirtySixer’s introduction of their oversized e-bikes equipped with Bosch mid-drive motors. The Dirty Sixer boasts massive, bike-sized wheels measuring either 32 inches or 36 inches, now allowing individuals who previously couldn’t keep up on a Bosch-powered e-bike to do so.

Founded by David Folch, who stands at an impressive 6’6″ (198 cm), DirtySixer has long been the go-to bike brand for those of us who require a little extra space to ride comfortably. The company has become the preferred choice of renowned athletes such as Shaquille O’Neal and LeBron James, whose imposing physiques often necessitate customizations to accommodate their unique requirements on conventional bikes.

“Taller riders often struggle with restricted riding postures on standard bicycles,” stated the company. “With its larger frame and adjustable components, this electric bicycle provides a comfortable and ergonomic riding experience, minimizing strain on the back, neck, and shoulders.”

DirtySixer revamped its e-bike lineup approximately two years ago; currently, it has upgraded its offerings with the latest German-made mid-drive motors.

Bikes span a range of measurements from XL to 4XL, offering both 32-inch and 36-inch wheel options for each size. Riders of varying heights, from 5’10” (178 cm) down to even the smallest, can find a comfortable fit with our XL body measurement. Meanwhile, the generous 4XL size caters to taller individuals, offering a snug fit for those measuring up to an impressive 7’4″ (225 cm).

Here: An e-mountain bike featuring DirtySixer wheels measuring 36 inches in diameter, situated alongside a standard 29-inch wheeled mountain bike, which is often regarded as a large wheel size for traditional bicycles.

Equipped with the latest Bosch CX Line Gen 4 mid-drive motor, one of the industry’s leading manufacturers of mid-drive motors, powering the brand’s newest additions. This electric motor presents impressive specifications: approximately 600 watts of power and a substantial 85 Newton-meters of torque. While the motor is restricted to 25 km/h (15 mph) in Europe, it can reach speeds of up to 20 mph (32 km/h) in the US.

While the aluminum body of this e-bike stands out for its larger size compared to others in its class, its design also prioritizes adaptability. “The company explained that the bike’s design allows for adjustable seating and handlebars on either side, enabling riders of diverse heights to comfortably sit and ride.”

The bikes arrive fully equipped with quad-piston Tektro hydraulic disc brakes – each fork features two of these high-performance calipers, ensuring exceptional stopping power. Shimano’s reliable LinkGlide Cues transmission delivers smooth shifting across the 10-speed range. Additionally, they come with DirtySixer Vee T-Monster tires in a choice of two sizes: 2.4” x 32” (686mm) or 2.25” x 36” (787mm), providing ample traction and control on various terrain.

For a limited time only, this exclusive presale offer is extended on select tall bikes, featuring a remarkable value of $7,199, plus an additional 20% discount for the ultimate savings opportunity. With only a third of the typical down payment required, riders can now secure a spot on the list and enjoy the freedom of carrying their bike.
