Deepal’s L07 interior, as seen in official pictures, diverges significantly from the SL03.

Deepal L07 interior official pictures, yes it is different to the SL03

Deepal officially unveils interior shots of the L07 sedan. Despite sharing similarities with the current SL03 sedan, the new vehicles occupy distinct market positions in reality. The L07 excels in showcasing specialized proficiency, juxtaposed against the SL03’s emphasis on athletic prowess, with both vehicles being offered as a harmonious package. While it’s true that the L07 exceeds the SL03 in terms of physical dimensions, its notability stems from the fact that this discrepancy amounts to an impressive 55mm.

The differences inside the L07 and SL03 models are strikingly apparent. The all-new automobile seamlessly integrates its design cues with those of the Deepal S07, showcasing a cohesive visual identity. Notably, the shift is marked by replacing traditional displays with a single, large 15.6-inch infotainment screen and an augmented reality head-up display, while the SL03 features an additional LCD instrument cluster. Unlike its predecessors, the L07 features a distinctive three-spoke steering column instead of the traditional two-spoke wheel design.

At the intersection of the middle console and dashboard, a discreet perfume dispenser sits atop a practical twin wireless charging pad and adjacent pair of cup holders. Consumers have the option to choose between two interior shade combinations: a sleek black paired with a rich, reddish-brown hue, or a sophisticated black complemented by a neutral beige tone.

With glowing reviews highlighting its collaborative design, the Deepal L07 is a testament to the synergy between the Changan-owned Deepal brand and technology giant Huawei. Despite its brevity, this query somewhat elucidates on the shrewd expertise placement for the L07; unfortunately, further details cannot be uncovered at present. The upcoming automotive model is expected to feature Huawei’s Qiankun ADS SE, a cutting-edge vision-based advanced driving assistance system that was first showcased on the Deepal S07.

The Deepal L07 bears a striking resemblance externally to the SL03. Accessible as both an extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) and all-electric model, there is no exterior differentiation between the two. The L07 measures 4,875mm, 1,890mm, and 1,480mm, with a wheelbase of 2,900mm. The SL03 measures 4820mm in length, 1890mm in width, and 1480mm in height, boasting a wheelbase of 2900mm.

The all-electric model is equipped with a high-performance 185 kilowatt electric motor. The range-extended electric vehicle features a 1.5-litre combustion engine, generating up to 72 kilowatts, which combines seamlessly with an integral electric motor producing 160 kilowatts of power, effortlessly propelling the vehicle forward.

While no specific date has been announced for the launch of our new model, we anticipate it will take place within the next few months.

Editor’s observe:

The Dongfeng Fengshan L07 is a compact SUV manufactured by Dongfeng Motor Corporation and marketed primarily in China. In the Thai market, the SL03 is confusingly referred to as the L07.
