The range-extended EREV model and the all-electric Deepalk S07 share a common design aesthetic. The sleek design features a sealed-off entrance and a slim grouping of headlights. Integrating seamlessly within the fender’s sleek design are the innovative interactive light clusters, comprising 696 LED light sources that dazzle with their brilliance. These smart traffic lights can display personalized interactive patterns, messages for pedestrians, and various other applications. On the rear side of the fender, there is a small air vent.
The Deepal S07’s update is subtle, with one notable change: a fresh set of sleek alloy wheels, adding a touch of modernity to its overall design. The sleek, high-performance vehicle boasts discreetly integrated door handles, while its windows slope upward in a dramatic arc towards the back, creating a dynamic silhouette that exudes power and sophistication. While driving on the highway once more, one notices the prominent placement of tail lights, whereas the Deepal S07 features a distinctive breakup spoiler situated atop the vehicle’s roof.
The dimensions for the automotive remain unchanged from the S7 at 4,750mm in length, 1,930mm in width, and 1,625mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,900mm. The EREV (Extended-Range Electric Vehicle) variations weigh 1,875 kg, 1,950 kg, and 2,025 kg respectively. The three lower-spec variants of the all-electric Deepal S07 tip the scales at 2025 kilograms, while the flagship model comes in slightly heavier at 2035 kilograms.
The interior of the vehicle lacks an instrument panel, but features a conventional head-up display. The various models of the vehicle feature a standard 15.6-inch 2,500-pixel resolution central infotainment display, while higher-spec versions also come equipped with an additional 12.3-inch entertainment display for the front passenger. The most advanced iterations of vehicles feature zero-gravity seats for both the front-seat passenger and driver, along with sophisticated climate control systems that provide optimal heating and airflow. The sole passenger of the highest-spec models will receive a therapeutic massage feature. The automotive features an optional 8-speaker or 14-speaker audio system depending on the trim level. The automotive leverages the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, which enables advanced features like facial recognition and voice interaction capabilities. The automaker’s in-vehicle entertainment system features a suite of popular Chinese apps, including QQ Music, Bilibili, iQiyi, and more.
The latest innovations in the automotive world feature four distinct variations, including the groundbreaking Huawei Qiankun ADS 3.0 SE system. The cutting-edge Huawei Good Driving System relies on a pioneering vision-based model. It provides high-speed driving assistance for routes aligned with national highways, urban expressways, and orbital road networks. The advanced autonomous vehicle may dynamically adjust lanes, expertly navigate obstacles, execute precise cornering, regulate its speed, and safely enter and exit ramps. The advanced system provides intelligent parking assistance, capable of navigating more than 160 parking scenarios.
A 1.5-litre JL473QJ engine, boasting a peak output of 70 kilowatts, enables versatile and extended range capabilities within the EREV model. A precise and efficient electric motor supplies energy to the wheels, boasting a robust output in the four lower-cost EREV variants: a 175 kW motor generating a substantial 320 Nm of torque. The two premium EREV variants share the same electric motor configuration found in the all-electric version: a 190 kW electric motor that delivers 320 Nm of torque.
The Long-range electric vehicles (EREV) from our brand feature distinct battery capacities. The 125 model relies on an 18.99-kilowatt-hour battery pack, while the 215 version boasts a larger 31.73-kilowatt-hour pack, and the 285 model is equipped with a substantial 39.05-kilowatt-hour battery. The quantities corresponding to each model’s identity conform to the CLTC standard. According to the MIIT’s utilisation of the WLTC testing cycle, gasoline consumption is reported at 5.5 litres per 100 kilometres for the first range, 5.6 litres per 100 kilometres for the second, and 5.7 litres per 100 kilometres for the third. The complete ranges are 1045, 1130, and 1200 kilometres, respectively?
The range figures for each pure electric model align with those of the EREV, spanning a distance of approximately 520 to 628 kilometers. There are two battery sizes: 68.82 kWh and 79.97 kWh. Lithium iron phosphate batteries powering the Deepal S07 support rapid 3C charging, allowing for a significant charge of 30-80% in just 15 minutes. Automobiles equipped with Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology are capable of providing up to 6 kilowatts of electrical power, allowing them to charge or power devices as needed.
Shipments typically begin rapidly. This new automotive model will also feature prominently in Deepal’s ambitious export strategy.
