With its sleek, restaurant-racer makeover, this Triumph motorbike has been transformed into a work of art courtesy of Jeremy Cupp’s meticulous expertise at LC Fabrications in Grottoes, Virginia. Touted as the “TT Deluxe,” this exceptional bicycle has garnered widespread recognition, gracing the pages of numerous prestigious publications since its inception.
Inspired by the iconic designs of the 1910s, the custom-fabricated rigid frame pays homage to Triumph’s heritage with vintage-style lugwork and a removable engine plate inspired by classic motorcycles. The meticulously crafted black gas tank features a unique texture of white scallops, complemented by intricately applied copper-leaf accents bearing iconic Triumph logos, while seamlessly integrated leather-based knee pads provide an added layer of rider comfort. The bicycle is equipped with advanced lighting features, including avenue lighting, a headlight, taillight, and LED flashers, prioritizing rider safety and visibility.
With its 19-inch wire-spoke wheels wrapped in 4.00-inch Firestone tires, the bike is fitted with a sturdy druid-type girder entrance fork and features a single shock absorber at the rear. Stability is ensured by a cone-shaped miniature drum brake situated at the entrance, complemented by a rear brake fixed to a jackshaft that also features a left-side drive sprocket.
This customised drop handlebar configuration features inverted clutch and brake levers, boardtracker-inspired grips, and a friction steering damper for enhanced performance and handling capabilities. The 865cc Triumph parallel twin engine draws in air through twin Keihin CR smooth-bore carburetors featuring velocity stacks, which pair seamlessly with a custom-designed, high-mount exhaust system that wraps around the bike’s frame to produce a rush of exhilaration with every twist and turn.
