While Ather’s new electrical scooter does feature a purportedly spacious XXXXXL seat, the added comfort should not be the sole reason to get enthusiastic about this product just yet. To gain expertise in something, you’ll need to book a ticket to India?

Ather Energy, the pioneering manufacturer behind a range of popular scooters in India’s massive two-wheeler market, has sparked excitement on social media by releasing teaser images showcasing its newly introduced extra-large XXXXXL seat.

Get ready for the unveiling of Ather Riza, our latest innovation in electric scooters, on April 6th!

The corporation boasts that its scooter features a “most crucial perch,” seemingly referring to an extra-large seat, designated as an XXXXXL size. The scooter is expected to make its debut with one of the largest onboard storage compartments currently available.

In India, where traffic-choked streets are the norm, motorized two-wheelers occupy a unique spot, effortlessly navigating through congested roads with a fluidity that larger vehicles can only admire in awe. While cars remain stuck in traffic congestion, scooters skillfully navigate through the crowded streets.

Their unparalleled reputation in India stems from the harmonious blend of affordability, efficacy, and practicality that makes them an indispensable tool for traversing congested urban landscapes with ease. For many, these two-wheelers are not just means of transportation but rather lifelines that provide a degree of financial independence. In an increasingly crowded urban landscape, it’s not unheard of to spot a whole family navigating the city streets on a single scooter. Compared to cars, bicycles are significantly more affordable to buy and maintain, making them a viable option for a broader segment of the population.

While electrical scooters constitute a relatively modest yet growing segment within India’s larger motorcycle market. Ather was an early pioneer in the burgeoning market for native electrical scooters, joining a growing array of homegrown competitors vying for dominance in this increasingly popular niche.

Global companies have started to enter India’s market, introducing additional options in electric two-wheelers; nonetheless, homegrown startups remain the dominant force in the local e-scooter and motorcycle sector.
