2025 Toyota Crown Signia

Toyota introduces its latest hybrid offering as a versatile crossover sport utility vehicle. It’s a wagon, with a distinct approach I’m familiar with: Upon closer inspection, it becomes apparent that the rear home windows haven’t been tinted at the factory.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) defines automobiles categorized as vans, which surprisingly includes most pickups, SUVs, and crossovers, as capable of leaving the manufacturing facility with tinted home windows. Passenger vehicles, including wagons and sedans, cannot leave the manufacturing facility with tinted windows due to conflicting legal regulations.
